Petersburg!

My class just had an all glass show in Petersburg. Here are some of my pieces from the show...

Hmm

I really love newsprint. I collected a number of objects that were on the ground while at Slaughterama on Belle Isle. I drew all of them and turned it into a pattern. This was the result.

Baby Doll

This baby doll was one of my first glass castings from 2008. The body is made out of muslin that I hand sewed together.
She (I decided it was a girl) now resides in my kitchen in between the rice and sugar jars...

Hands!

Because of the tactile nature of my work I have always been fascinated with hands. This is a photo series I created in 2008. All of them are displayed together but I included a few closeups.
